Head-banging is bad for health???

According to Australia's ABC New's website, researchers concluded that head-banging to a heavy metal tempo could lead to 'mild traumatic brain injury or concussion, and neck injury'.

However, we at Polaryde do not advise you to stop head-banging as that would take away all the fun in a gig/concert.

Our advice: Warm up and dont head-bang so hard as if you're possesed or something. haha

For those who lived as a teen in the 70's and early 80's , White Shoes' music will definitely bring you back to memory lane . Influenced by Indonesian's movies soundtrack from the 70's and inspired by acoustic spirit of the 1930's classic jazz musicians , they bring the sound of old school tele music under their albums with bits of pop and jazz here and there . It's easy listening and catchy tunes are definitely a baite for you to sing them till you drop . Can't say much anymore people .. so why dont you go give it a try , eh ?.. Trust me , you'll get hooked !..
